Canyon Springs is a master-planned community in North Central San Antonio, it’s one zip code above the Stone Oak area. You have multiple neighborhoods within the Canyon Springs area starting in about the high 100’s maybe the low 200’s, moving on up toward the million-plus range depending on where you're at. So some of ther entry-level communities can be found on the east side of Canyon Golf Road.
You have a great golf course right in the vicinity, even your apartment living in the area can run you as high as fifteen hundred plus dollars so some other apartments there come with three-car garages. We, by no means, work specifically with apartment folks, we actually are a residential sales team but I always like to talk about the different residential options in the area.
You have the Mesas at Canyon Springs, in which homes average in the half million plus range. Monticello homes, Mcnair home are two of the custom home builders that that predominantly reside in the Mesas at Canyon Springs and they're currently working on a community in the Heights at Stone Oak area as well. So you can still actually find land and build a really nice custom home within the Canyon Springs area. The Heights of Stone Oak is taxed by the City of San Antonio to where much of the rest of Canyon Springs is not, so keep that in mind. However the lifestyle in there, amenities, and just look at the homes as well as the environment makes it a really nice place to call home.
So if you're in the area please feel free to take a look at The Heights of Stone Oak area. I can actually assist you with looking through some of the options that you have. On the very high end you have the Reserve at Canyon Springs, which range from the 400’s into the million-plus dollar range depending on whether it's a new home, pre owned and of course how extravagant it may be. Moving all the way up to golf course views as well as just views in general so there's very limited building in certain parts of it and there's still plenty of lots in other sections of the Canyon Springs area and I’m talking as a whole.

You have great location, great access to dining, great access to the Stone Oak Area, great access to the 281 area where you have the villages of Stone Oak shopping center, Target, you have different restaurants, you have different decor type stores.
