My name is Brayson Verzella, I am the team leader with Team Infinity Real Estate Group here at Keller Williams Heritage. We work in and around the San Antonio region

I wanted to give folks a little bit of an idea of what we are like to work with, what differentiates us from other real estate groups and teams as well as individuals here in the area.

We are a top producing team; we are all full time agents so there are six of us, myself included. We come from all different backgrounds but we collectively have over 35 years in the real estate industry. We have folks that specialize in different parts of town.

We also have support staff which often times is able to get questions answered, get things done for our clients while an agent might be in the field showing another client. So where one person is a one person show, we ourselves, of course, pride ourselves on being very personal and having a personal relationship with our clients. But at the same time you have someone else to email, call, or otherwise go to for information to process paperwork, to get questions answered, to get listing sent to you, among other things so our staff definitely helps leverage us.

We have Beth LaRue who is here in the office, she does our sold to close, so she works on contracts from the moment that they go under contract all the way through to the closing, facilitates everything and then of course you still have access to the realtor that you were working with whether it be myself or one of the other agents.

Beth LaRue I mentioned, we also have an administrator assistant named Diane Bruce. She’s really great when it comes to marketing so she helps us for those of you who might be looking at selling your home she is your best friend, she helps us create our postcards, she helps us create a lot of our online presence and she’s also somebody that you can get in touch with if you need any kind of assistance what so ever.

We have a couple of virtual assistants who also help us prioritize our day, helps me keep track of things and it just really allows me to leverage my time more efficiently and take care of our clients that much better so we can send out seller informational reports, let you know how many people are seeing your listing on realtor.com, how many people are viewing your property on MLS.

If you’re a seller you get updated on that weekly. I call you as well bi monthly to at least touch base with you, let you know what’s going on, what to expect and maybe if you need a price reduction or if we need to maybe make some other kind of modification to your listing.

On the buyers side just as much leverage, we can get those properties cranked out from any given neighorhood, any given set of criteria that you might have, we can actually send you for instance, one story homes, 2400 plus square feet, Helotes school district, and so forth and we can make it as narrow or as broad as you like so that’s some of what leverage does for us.

We have a lot of experience and so to go into further detail on that as of this video, I believe truly that it will increase but as of this video, the past 12 months we’ve sold over 100 homes so we’ve helped people buy or we’ve helped sell over 100 homes. Our median or our average price point that we work is really anywhere from 150 to 500 so really anywhere in-between is really our average. We do take on clients on the lower side as well as the higher side of both of those. We have some great testimonials, great reviews, we’re five star rated on Google plus as well as Yelp in addition to city search and some of the other review type sites that are out there so if you google team infinity SA you’ll see a lot of our star rating and some of our testimonials should show up as well.
