Another subdivision of note is Campanas at Cibolo Canyons, a somewhat maintenance free community featuring Tuscan style homes and average prices hovering around the mid $400’s.

At the top end of the scale, Cielos is a luxury neighborhood with houses starting at around $600,000 and can get as high as just shy of 1 million dollars.
