Located somewhat off Cibolo, Texas’ main cluster of subdivisions, Cibolo Valley Ranch is a tad more rural and country than some of its neighbors that are closer to Interstate-35 and San Antonio’s Loop 1604. The neighborhood, like many of those in this town, has a large military community due to the presence of the Randolph Air Force Base in Schertz, as well as the other large military employers in San Antonio - Fort Sam Houston, and Brooks Army Medical Center.  Both Centex and Lennar build within Cibolo Valley Ranch  and provide a number of interesting floor plans at a range of prices. The homes are sized from 1,637 square feet to around 2,829 square feet that can be spread out between three to four bedrooms and two to two and a half bathrooms.  The homes that Lennar offers begin at $177,400 for 1,418 square feet that are arranged into 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that are on one story. They offer 11 models in total, and the most expensive of these starts at $226,600 for around 2,371 square feet that is arranged into  a 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom floor plan on two stories. The community also features a number of amenities that make the neighborhood just that much more comfortable for residents. The park is a great place to have a weekend BBQ and the playground is a great place to take the kiddos after school. Besides being convenient to some of the major roadways that feed in and out of San Antonio, the location of Cibolo Valley Ranch is also close to a number of great entertainment and shopping. From golfing at the nearby Northcliffe golf course, a shopping bonanza at the extremely large Forum at Agora Parkway, or  a trip to the Downtown of San Antonio - Cibolo Valley Ranch is close to it all.
