After living in 10 states and 3 countries during his upbringing, Josh Sigman became a permanent resident of San Antonio in 1997. He graduated from Trinity University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business and with a focus on Economics.
 
Josh quickly excelled to Senior Loan Consultant, Vice President of Legacy Mutual, and a minority partner in the company.  He has been recognized by the San Antonio Business Journal as a top 25 loan officer five years running with several showings in the top 10.
 
His favorite book being "Raving Fans", Josh and his team are committed to the principle of delivering what the client expects, "plus 10%".  His promise to his clients is to close on time, accurately, and with lots of communication.
 
Josh is married to Kristi Prade Sigman, who was born in New Braunfels, attended Texas A&M University, and got her masters in Early Education at Southwest Texas State University.  She taught in the NEISD for seven years before giving birth to their daughter, Aubrey. They recently celebrated the birth of their their second child, Mason.
