"By the time I call Brayson I had already talked to three agents from different agencies and once I told them I had good taste but very little money or a down payment and didn't want to spend a lot; very politely was turned down by each of them. In few words I have champagne taste with a beer budget. I called Brayson he answered the phone very briefly because he was in a meeting in Austin, he promised he would call me back and that's exactly what he did.
Again, I found myself explaining what I was looking for and what I thought I could afford, I didn't think he would call me again but he did. Brayson spent Easter Sunday and Mother's day with me looking at houses. He was aware that I am a single woman with one daughter so he was very concerned about where we would be safe. When we finally found "the" house there were multiple offers on it, Brayson played with the numbers and submitted an offer which he felt was going to be a winner and will still be on my budget. I am very pleased with my home, comfortable with my monthly payments and have recommended Brayson to family and friends if they ever need real estate services. Also, if I ever want to sell I know I will never do a FSBO I have Brayson to help me with that. Buying or selling a piece of real estate is no easy task, there's a lot of paperwork involved and words I never heard before if it wasn't because I found someone willing to dedicate his time and expertise I'd probably would've stayed renting for another few years (It happened before).

"In November 2008 my wife and I decided that we were going to purchase a new home on the river in Seguin Texas. I live and work in Laredo Texas. I contacted Brayson Verzella and requested that he obtain information and photos of the home that I had located. Over the next two months Brayson went out of his way to do everything in his power to assist us with the purchase of the home. On two separate occasions he drove to Seguin from San Antonio to obtain photos of the outside and inside of the home at his own expense. He also assisted us in our negotiations for the home and further helped us find an inspector to look over the home before our purchase. As a result of the inspector that Brayson found for us, we were able to have several things repaired that would have cost us several thousand dollars after the purchase. Brayson worked with us day to day through the purchase and was always available by phone when we needed to talk with him. He further assisted us with the paper work and helped us solve several problems related to the insurance needed for the home near the river.
